Rock Hill Schools Administrative Note:
 
ONLY Ebenezer Avenue Elementary and the Central Child Develpment Center accept 3K/4K applications.  Parents are welcome to apply to the tuition-based Montessori program at Ebenezer Avenue Elementary School through Program Options.  Not accepted?  3K requires approval from the Exceptional Student Education department for acceptance to the Central Child Development Center.  4K applications are automatically considered for screening for the full-day 4K Child Early Reading and Development Education Program (CERDEP) through the Central Child Development Center if the student is not approved for the Montessori program OR if the parent declines to accept the lottery seat through Program Options.
